As a first-timer in the world of psychedelics, I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. The team at Numinous Ways was exceptional. They provided an unparalleled level of preparation, guidance, and post-retreat integration. As a result, I felt completely at ease and open to the journey ahead. The retreat’s location was peaceful, the food was nourishing, and the facilitators’ knowledge, extensive experience, and support made me feel safe throughout – even through some intense and challenging moments.
There were two ceremonies during the week; each one was intensely powerful, profound and a truly life-changing experience that was like 100 years of therapy in just a few hours. It’s impossible to put such an incredible experience into words, but months later, I continue to gain new insights that reveal who I truly am. I left the retreat healed at the deepest level. I’m still me and life still has its challenges, but I no longer feel the compulsion to control or to constantly strive for achievement. Instead, I’ve been left with a gentler, more grounded approach to living, to engage fully in life without trying to force its course. I’ve discovered a deep and spiritual connection to life, and with that, a belief, a knowing, that every experience in life is there to serve me; if I remain open to it, it will nurture my soul.
I am so grateful for my experience, and to the facilitators for their care and dedication. For anyone looking to embark on a spiritual or psychedelic journey, I cannot recommend Numinous Ways enough.
