Here's how it works
Set up your membership: Start by setting up a direct debit with us. Use this link to set up your Direct Debit via GoCardless.
Make monthly payments: Your automatic monthly subscription of £199 will begin via direct debit through GoCardless and continue for 11 consecutive months.
Choose your retreat: After your last payment, you will be entitled to select your preferred retreat date and location.
Confirm your booking: Once you’ve chosen your retreat, you’ll pay a £250 deposit to secure your place. We’ll then guide you through the remaining steps to prepare for your unforgettable experience.
Early Access (Optional): Want to join a retreat sooner? You can top up your payments with a bank transfer to attend before completing the 11 monthly installments. Please note that this means paying the full retreat price, without the membership discount.
Example
You become a Numinaut on January 15th and begin your 11 monthly instalments of £199. By December 15th, you will have completed your payments. You then choose a retreat in Portugal priced at £2750. After selecting your retreat, you pay the £250 deposit to secure your booking. In this scenario, your total investment would be £2189 (£199 x 11), plus the £250 deposit, equalling £2439. This represents a saving of £311 off the full retreat price.
If you’d like to attend a retreat sooner, for example, on July 22nd, you’ll have completed six monthly payments of £199, totalling £1194. At this point, you would need to add £1556 to your existing payments to reach the full price of £2750. However, by choosing this option, you would forgo the Numinaut discount.
Refund Policy
Monthly Installments: All monthly installment payments for your Numinaut membership are fully refundable, minus a £49 administration fee, if you cancel your membership prior to attending a retreat.
Retreat Deposit: The £250 retreat deposit is non-refundable if you cancel for reasons unrelated to health. However, this deposit can be transferred and applied towards a future Numinous Ways retreat.
Health-Related Cancellations: In cases of documented health-related issues that prevent you from attending the retreat, the £250 deposit will be fully refunded.
