Your Journey Begins Here: Initial Steps and Process Overview

Thank you for starting your journey with Numinous Ways. To begin, please fill out this form. As we move forward with our intake process, you’ll be asked to complete a screening form. This helps us determine if our retreat is the right fit for your needs. After that, one of our practitioners will have a screening call with you. During this call, we’ll address any concerns or questions you might have. Following this, we’ll request a deposit to secure your spot in the retreat.

Integration and Preparation services
We always ensure that our participants have access to 1:1 and small group preparation sessions as part of our program. However, if you feel the need for additional preparation and integration sessions with one of our practitioners, we offer comprehensive packages of sessions (1h) that you can utilize before (preparation) and after (integration) your retreat. These packages are designed to enhance your overall experience and support your journey.
Single Room
We always aim to provide single rooms for all our participants whenever feasible. However, if you prefer to have a guaranteed single room, please select this option.
Alternative Payment Options
To be considered for financial assistance, 3-month instalments, or if you’re interested in launching your own fundraising campaign with our partner CoCoPay, please check the relevant boxes.
