Webinars Terms and Conditions

By registering for and attending this webinar, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Expected Behaviour

Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally throughout the webinar. The following behaviours are not permitted and may result in removal from the session without refund:

• Disruptive behaviour, including repeated interruptions or misuse of the chat or audio functions

• Harassment, abusive language, hate speech, or discriminatory remarks

• Sharing offensive, explicit, or inappropriate content

• Attempting to disrupt the session through unauthorised screen sharing, posting malicious links, or similar actions commonly referred to as “zoombombing”

• Any action that interferes with the experience or safety of other participants

Numinous Ways reserves the right to mute, remove, or block participants at its discretion to maintain a safe and respectful environment.

2. Recording by Participants

You may not record, screen-capture, photograph, distribute, or reproduce any part of our webinars or meetings without prior written permission from Numinous Ways. This applies to both live sessions and any accompanying materials.

3. Recording and Publication by Numinous Ways

Please be advised that most webinars are recorded. Recordings may be edited and published on the Numinous Ways YouTube channel and other media platforms.

If you do not wish your presence, contributions, or any part of your participation (including voice, image, name, or chat contributions) to be included, you must notify us within one month of the webinar date. After this period, publication may already have taken place.

4. Requests for Removal After Publication

If you later decide that you would like your participation removed from published materials, please contact info@numinousways.com. We will make reasonable efforts to remove the relevant content within a reasonable timeframe. Removal may not be immediate.

5. Numinous Dialogues

Numinous Dialogues sessions are not recorded and will never be published in any form. These sessions are intended as private, live conversations, and the recording restrictions outlined above apply equally.

6. Agreement

By registering for and attending a webinar or meeting, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
